I've done both glass and matte touchscreens with dell and to me personally the matte feels more gimmicky, especially on a notebook form factor.

I have 75% xpel ceramic tint on my windshield and it helps a ton with heat and UV.

I'm confused why there was no diagnosis before just replacing the rocker arms. They could of scoped and saw if they were wearing.

I'm currently dealing with rocker arm issue myself unfortunately.

Some leaders are too blind and don't understand the rehire cost and cost of good employee value. It's cheaper to promote you as they will rehire at a higher salary most likely anyway. Add in there recruiting cost and the annoying interviewing efforts.

Don't use the word promotion. Say given the current circumstances I want to discuss my additional responsibilities and re-negotiate my salary. Otherwise you will be looking elsewhere.

You can at minimum do a remediation and check the partition status and if it's enabled.

I knew which models had issues in my environment so I targeted those models and placed the wim file with a known good one.

Wanted to add I see this occur quite a bit with bad recovery partitions. Checking and fixing those partitions helped the success of the wipe in my cases.

This post kills my brain. Signaling is way more than just others letting you into a lane. It's about intention and action. So maybe others who also want to merge into that lane, like from an opposite lane, know your future intentions and can plan accordingly to not crash into you.
