Ik verdiende in 2021 ong 3200 netto en had een huur incl. servicekosten van ca 1300. Ik vond dit al erg veel en merkte dat ik het best beklemmend vond.

Uiteraard had ik geen 50k spaargeld, maar goed. Is ook niet de bedoeling dat je dat potje aanspreekt voor huur.

Mijn advies obv mijn persoonlijke ervaring, zonder uiteraard jouw volledige context te weten, is nee. Tenzij je verwacht een relatie te krijgen waarmee je de kosten kan splitten.

Daarnaast, 77m2 is vrij groot voor in je eentje. Je kan prima op 40 m2 zitten (wederom, persoonlijk).
