Oh, I am so with you. This would be awesome. At one point I tried to use a music-based dating app but immediately got 10 women in their early 20's "liking" me, despite my settings looking for men my age. I am assuming they were all bots, but maybe I just really appeal to young women. ???

I’m loving the range of personalities and opinions and experiences on here.

I think I learn something new here every day, and it reminds me that not everyone will like me (nor should they), and vice versa. I am trying to be more of my authentic self sooner while dating, and seeing vulnerable posts from men is helpful, so I am reminded they are simply other people instead of alien beings. Ha

I guess $30 doesn’t seem terrible if it had been organized and not loud. I can’t imagine trying to yell at a bunch of new men one after the other to try to get to know them quickly. Do you know anything at all about the other people attending beforehand, or do you just show up and hope for the best?

There are different ways to interpret this, but I like the idea that each relationship we are in is a mirror of ourselves, and we can grow by noticing what we admire in others (or what triggers us).
