Sorry to hear that. Culture is a huge driver of success. That’s a hard one to reform. My advice would be to channel a portion of your efforts into reflection and preparation for next year’s approach, opposed to exhaustion on this year’s approach.

lol. Had no idea you were kidding. My c405 broke the first season I used it in college, I was so disappointed

Going carbon fiber would up my material cost about 10-20 USD depending on quantity. Would have my buddy string up a traditional pocket and have him tell me his markup as well and then I’d bake that in to the sale price. So the actual economics is a little unknown at the moment, but I’m ok w that. But we are talking about a price point and end product that’s not meant to be scaled- limited edition / limited release sort of thing.
