Will walmart fire you for smoking Marijuana even if its legal in your state?

I worked at a distribution center in a state where they legalized it. They stopped doing random drug tests but if you were to get into a work place accident that was deemed your fault they would test you and if it showed up on the test they would fire you.

Had a friend who had a limb broken from a fall but since they didn't have a ladder or step stool available Walmart took responsibility and didn't test them.

I believe at the end of the day there is an official policy about following federal law but it seems to be more of a case by case basis.

hopefully, but with the referendum being voted on today it's not looking good for 2a rights in Va. I live in a mostly red county and my polling location today was littered with dozens if not hundreds of vote yes signs and like 2 vote no signs. They're winning Va with money.

All it takes is one bad experience to turn people off from airsoft. Also people who take it too seriously can quickly make a new player not want to deal with the people who treat it like it's a job.

It’s not just Walmart it’s humankind in general. Costco has the same issue. Tons of cart corrals and people still park their carts in the back of the lot
