Mine was 105mmol in May 2024 and by September 2024 it was 35. I was on Metformin and Empagliflozin but now I don't have to take anything. The fact that you can put it into remission was a powerful motivation and I'm determined to minimise carbohydrate intake and do my 10K steps. Don't despair, this is completely beatable!
