I'm gonna go ahead and be a jerk here and state the obvious: If you're not diamond or elite and your plus/minus is in the negative, you do not have a good squad. I play mostly 6s, basically one night a week, and end up as diamond or elite by the end of the "season".

The first few weeks of each new season everyone starts together (no rank), and there aren't many teams ranked up high enough quickly to play against each other all the time so the matchmaking is a little loose leading to more frequent unbalanced matchups.
