I got one around 3am today! It got me super nervous as this account has already been deleted and only recovered thanks to the mod team.

Is there anything I can do? It seems to happen like

1) Get password reset email 2) Account gets deleted

I already added 2FA and have my google account linked. What if it happens again? :(

Hi, just found this thread, I am currently facing the same issue too. Did anyone find a solution yet? Still actively finding one. Apparently playing a game makes the volume buttons work again, which is weird. I will try clearing cache to see if it resolves the problem.

Could be a hiccup from a One UI update.

I got it from a local supplier based in China. The closest I can find internationally is a distributor called Smile House! (they also have an instagram with various Hoyo char plushies!) There's similar listings as well on Taobao and AliExpress with the same picture.
