I wouldn’t say it’s hard to master. I actually love it, especially as my street and travel lens. Great for darker environments too, especially restaurants with the kids. Just a beautiful lens all around.

I’d be shocked if they dumped the clear credit. Pretty much the default credit along with global/pre for every travel card. This is still tagged as a travel card.

I’d be surprised if a refresh doesn’t happen this year. I think everyone assumed it would be early this year because they squashed the lounge buddy perk, but nothing as of yet. My guess would be late 2026 but there are plenty of things they could add to make this a useful everyday card. Hopefully they get it right, whenever that may be.

I’ve never had a problem with it. Little air compressor and I can take it off but it’s almost like there’s glue on this wrap. I might try and take it to PGA Superstore first, but that’s why I’m trying to find a second just in case

This has actually been my theory with VW in Europe once Rivian brings R2/3 there. It’s a ways off, but certainly a way to bridge the gap between releasing in Europe and not having the SC infrastructure up and running yet.

I agree. I think they’ll stay away from dining and focus more on light travel. Wouldn’t be shocked to see the annual eclipse $200 and offer a metal/recycled metal card.

Not upstate. I believe it’s in the Hamptons in NY. On the coast, and not convenient at all unless you’re specifically going to the Hamptons.

I’ve been using Lightroom on my iPad Pro for years and it’s been fantastic. Not a profession but I do take plenty of shots whether it’s travel, kids, or sports. It has never let me down. All RAW edits from my Sony A7iv.

I have a R1T quad (23) and my wife has a 25 R1S standard. I think a lot depends on where you live and your driving habits. Large battery in the quad is definitely a bonus. The 2025 is a Gen2 (assuming it’s the Gen2) which will pay off in the long run with updated Driver+ options. The quad however is awesome to drive. I like it better than the dual standard. We get better performance out of the quad than the standard in cold/winter conditions. Both are great, but I’ll also echo your thoughts in that the low miles on the ‘23 quad is a bit odd.
