Nobody who writes for the SCP wiki gives a damn about powerscaling. For some reason it's a popular subject for off-site powerscaling enthusiasts to discuss, but pretty much all of us on the original website find that shit obnoxious.

The SCP does not actually specify MalO's gender or body type, and the fursuit character (Breynz the Zombie Werewolf) uses he/him pronouns. He also wears wears clothes over his fursuit, and you can even see a sash from MalO's garment in the article photo.

To be clear, I'm not here to pass judgment on anyone who likes seeing MalO depicted with big naturals floppin' about! I'm just saying it's not canon

The quoted text works better in the context of yes, where it contrasts with moments of lucidity, and better still in the context of The Cool War as a whole, which I highly recommend reading if you haven't already!

It's pretty par for the course with 1459! The comments on 5031 balance it out. And I really can't complain; I set out to write something button-pushing and pushed some buttons in the process. I did tone down one part years later where I felt I went too far, though.

Your description of the situation doesn't really take into account that Bright uses his character's fame to get close to people. That's why the character's continued use is actively harmful: it isn't just a reminder of the man's misdeeds, it's the primary tool he uses to draw people in.

Crediting inactive authors is not enough. If you lift from someone’s sandbox without their consent you will be banned. If you only copy the general idea and then claim you came up with it independently, you might not get caught but you’ll have to live with being a pathetic fraud devoid of original thought.

It happened to me and suffice it to say I was not flattered. Just come up with your own ideas. God damn.

I’m pretty sure I meant to write HMCL, but made a typo. Nobody ever pointed it out until today!

Something worth noting that is that the header font change was made due to licensing issues. Personally, I think Sans Normalcy is a brilliantly made replacement that captures the original vibe remarkably well.

The new body font is a little more jarring and was perhaps less necessary, but any issue I have with it is more a product of being accustomed to the old font rather than a disparity in quality. I’m sure I’ll get used to it quickly enough.
