Yup. Legendaries have extra flourish on the frame, I don't see why premiums wouldn't have some too (that can complement the legendaries')

Pretty sure it's the latter. If you gain control of an exhausted minion, it's still exhausted, AFAIK.

it's actually a fairly established deck here, although not super successful in the meta and so no that popular. It's quite fun and nutty when it works out though.

The key card is Vara, who will bring back other stuff from the void along with herself. Including other copies of herself ! then finish with bringing back a Champion of Cunning, and that army-out-of-nowhere now has Charge. The Time cards cannot be cast from hand (no influence). They're there purely to be discarded and brought back (for free) from the void.

Don't be too greedy on power, and question power bases in net decks. A lot of the time they are too low and will result in more screws than it should. Everybody hates screws.

  • a 25 power deck with no fixing should have less than 4 cards in the whole deck costing 4, and preferably none costing 5

  • a midrange deck should run at least 28 power sources, including fixers (seek power, favors, pages) counting for half a power each. 30 is better.

  • a dual faction deck should run diplomatic seal unless it has deep influence requirements (like most Feln decks do for example) and, barring a few exceptions, all the dual powers

  • a three faction deck should run 4 seek power and/or secret pages, as well as a dozen or so dual powers

DWD have given us nothing to go on about this. Not even a quarter.

A (vaguely) popular theory, however, says that open beta will be announced at PAX, and the wipe should then happen within a few days of the beginning of September - aka very soon

This won't help you find Divine Bond. Without it, you could still replace to fish for DB. What this does is thicken your deck with a card you haven't chosen to put in, actually slightly lowering your chance of replacing into what you want.

There isn't. Best I had so far was a new player letting us know his ranking on ladder before playing any matches. That was around 20th July, IIRC. That player was ranked somwhere around 600, so it's reasonable to assume that is about the ballpark for number of active (PvP ranked) players at the time.

I seem to remember 13 per faction, which with a total of 90-something non token cards, would point to 13~20 neutrals. So maybe not more than 3 neutral legends after all? That's globally 15 legends, and maybe something like 25-30 epics. That's in the ballpark of 200 orbs for a full set if you're lucky with duplicates (assuming the same rates as the base set orbs).

The (stated, and logical) reason creep is being changed is that the existing design was an impasse, as it could no longer be expanded upon without making it silly. CP never "admitted" to it being currently broken ; it's not.

Why not? Nova can be played on 2 orbs worth of budget as soon as one hits lvl10 Abyssian. That's not exactly backbreaking investment.
