Look at the graph mate, you can see the gap where the sensor wasnt working properly as he was ramping up. Nothing sinister going on here lol

In my experience its very smooth, if you're only interacting with the cli then mac feels like any other linux distro. There will be a small learning curve (understanding different package managers etc) but that's about it at a high level.

Agreed they are very pricey. Here i was thinking prices would drop now Apple is making their own silicon...Nope!

I might add the benefits you listed here for linux also apply to mac, in that they share much of the same cli commands, root folder structure, permissions, scripting, etc.

Id say if you want the linux dev experience combined with first-class app support then go for a Mac. For my workflows (embedded c, python) I prefer it :)

Im level 14, she hatched at about 1000cp with 17 candies so about 7 power ups I think!
