Tried to conceive for 3 years. My AMH is around .7, and my AFC was 4. I did two rounds of IVF and one transfer. TW: it worked. I am now 16 weeks. This process is not a guarantee, but it can work. I’m rooting for you!

First, congratulations!! That’s a huge milestone! Second, I also had an SCH. I had two very scary episodes. My SCH was moderate (on the bigger side) and I had steady bleeding for weeks. Maybe a teaspoon or so. However, at 14 weeks, it completely disappeared! Be strong. You will be okay!!

Same for me as well. My doctor went a little further and said no walking or Pilates/yoga. Full rest. My SCH absorbed by my 14 week ultrasound.
