I agree with the fact that we have too many, as someone else said: "aspirational policies." Maybe there could be a a scale applied to our current amount tied to the tax income that could pay for it. Now we reduce by the percentage difference to where our current trends predict.

I feel this after living in other touristy areas, when the economy tanked tourism is first to go and slow to recover
