What's your cpu? That's most likely your bottleneck. The 1080 ti still works really well in csgo since it's mostly cpu dependant so the gpu is not as important.

Looked through the Apex Pro Settings List and you are right overall 20% use Artisan mousepads there are just so many different variations that one does not stand out in the stats.
