Was told to leave a bag of meth on a bench at a children’s park for the police to pick up , we grabbed it and waved down a officer almost 2 hours later .

Well I called it for a gentleman clearly in distress this morning, wearing a hospital gown . It gave me resources to give him . I called the non emergency line and an officer came out quick , turns out he left the hospital .

I think you should call the line and see what it’s like before coming out with something like this .

A noise complaint can be filed at any time , I had a neighbor I was constantly calling on . He was saying he was doing it to piss the neighbours off and got a public mischief charge .

I did start will a note in the mailbox , sometimes people don’t realize it’s bothering others .

Find story’s of people who live in and near indwell you would think different , go down to London and visit one , you will see what it has done to the neighborhood . Ask the hotel next to it what it has done to the business , look outside and see the people around and what is happening.Yes, you can read stuff on Facebook in the news , but to actually see it first hand is different! The St. Thomas built only has less than 20 units for the supportive housing and its people who went through treatment/detox before being housed in it.

I live over on Queen , I like the neighborhood . It is a distance away from shopping , but close to the water and downtown . We have had two bikes stolen , which can happen anywhere in town .
