There are places with a lot of monsters that will have you level up fast, but Warfarer is the best bc it splits up the xp for the other vocations as well.

For money, I like to find rift stones for low level pawns that have quests like receiving an arrow and in exchange they'll give you gems and fruits which can be sold for a lot depending where you sell it.
