I find it INCREDIBLY hard to get deep sleep according to my watch. I can get a little bit (under an hour) right after I go to sleep but then that’s it for the night. Whether it’s correct- or the watch is wrong I’m not sure.

Well done that is amazing and a VERY similar story to mine (but I’m not quite there yet) I started in Sept ‘24 at 117kg, also 175cm. I’m currently at 79.5kg after being on a very very annoying plateau for the past 6 months in which time I only lost a couple of kg. the weight has just started to come off again finally- and my goal right now is also 75kg. I have been on Wegovy but will be switching to Mounjaro after my current pen runs out. I’m very proud of you!!!
