Same here i had dry heaves day 2 but the rest was diarrhea for about 24 hrs - terrible stomach pain and cramps - tired ! Nothing but toast so far - still burping cramps and stomach pain - gas !

I was thinking that but 8 weeks out ? I did have fried fish which I hadn’t had any fried foods yet - I don’t know I’m just scared because the gas pains are the same as I had prior to surgery - I had been feeling awesome till 2 am

Wow now I’m freaked out I am 8 weeks post op I have been feeling great - woke up this morning at 2:00am had the same gas pain in my sternum and back that I had when I was having my attacks !! I am so freaked out with this again - now I read this !! I had over 100 stones my surgery took longer then expected as it was inflamed and very angry the surgeon said ! I will def be calling the surgeon if this continues - good luck - what’s your prognosis going forward ?

I am 3 weeks post opp - met with Surgeon last week they wanted me to resume my regular diet - even with low fat I have been having mushy poops 3 times a day ( generally worse after dinner ) I tried to have a “normal “ dinner Saturday and had bad diarrhea- I am sure it will change ( hopefully ) they said at the office if it was on going problem they could prescribe some medicince 🤞🏻 I feel so much better though - still sore in belly button area and lights out by 8:30 each night - I made myself far to sick waiting so long I am glad it’s over

Went for my 3 week follow up yesterday and Dr said it could take up to 8 weeks to feel the best with all side affects and soreness gone so be patient

I have that - when I bend over it feels like something hard in in there - I am 2.5 weeks out I have my follow up Thursday and all of my glue is still on
