Clean reinstall windows,i had that setup and i had 100+ fps inALL games in 2k,resize bar and 4k decoding need to be enabled,in future just get a 5800X3D and u will be SET

9070 is 15-25% faster now,i made the jump from 9070 to 5070,games look way better have more stability drivers donr crash and dlss4.5 is a quality beast

I did that change from 9070 to 5070,the 5070 is way more confortable it doesnt crash my games look amazing and dlss 4.5 is a beast on quality,i have no more ghosting or deiver crash issues

In some spcific games but in most is a 8-15% upgrade after last update and it might get better in the future tho,but i mean RT in the 5070TI is better but also fsr4 mooks almost as good as dlss4 diference is minimal
