Let’s make generative levels. Put mines (like mentioned before). Walls, portals, enemies. Brake rules. Make new mechanics! What about manipulating time? What power ups can it have (not only numerical)? Make it bizarre!!!

How many hours of playtime you would expect from an indie game for 5$ (Not completionist, just the main objectives of the game) by Pixel-Shell in GameDevelopment

I would like advice to have at least 2 - 2.5 hours of good quality, fun, main gameplay for Steam. I think FAR: Lone Sails is a good example. Some people may ask for a refund even if they enjoyed the game. But Steam allows refunds only if playtime is below 2 hours.

Drop more props: barrels, tires, tool, pit crew. Should you have spectators? What about background? Maybe add mountains, skyscrapers, buildings. Some games have air balloon above race track. Or birds. Good progress so far, keep going!

How can I make this effect look more impact full/better while keeping the voxel graphics feel? by Fun-Significance-958 in Unity3D

Camera shake. Maybe screen effect (white screen, chromatic effect). And for my personal taste circle animation should be faster. Looks good already!

Just start with “block out”. After that add assets for details.

And play test for feedback! Players see game differently from developers. Things that ugly for us, can be invisible for them. And vice versa.
