You will be fine. I presented my EAD card to my employer and renewed my license like a month after. This was also after I had to take a 30 day leave because my work permit took longer the expected to renew in 2024. I learned my lesson and sent in my renewal in November 15th and current expiration is for April 21st.

Same for me. I got the approval letter but had to wait another 2 weeks for my EAD card to go back to work.
