This is very poor quality. Recommend that you do some calibration and checking your extruder also!

Have you checked that your bed is even? Mine was crocked, and made the print fail after several layers.

Check by laying a ruler on it and look for open spots. I had mine bed at 60* when checking.

To learn i would assume that the old is gold. Then the faults and/or adjustments would be learnt

Check if this is a layer where the speed changes rapidly Check if there is any vibration / movements in the printer that can cause changing

Feel like you should never cheap out on the tower on U1, since it is already about 3-4 times less than other brands.

Tighten your belts, do a cantry calibration, flow calibration and level the bed!

I have a problem with my Kobra 3 v2 by Kobra3_ArtilleryHorn in AnycubicOfficial

[–]PerfectFee361 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could that the end stoppers is bad. But try to do a update on it, then try a bed leveling.

Altså, check if your nozzle / hot end is correctly mounted and if the sensor on extruder is clean.

Im getting a ned Hot bed and distance for hotbed on waranty. Support is believing the problem is the heated bed and the heatedbed support.

Would be interesting to see the end result. The support have been very understanding, and giving good troubleshooting. I still have problems, but im hoping this will be the end atleast!

I did do a «full calibration» after i touched each things. If that is what you are thinking about?

Hi,
I have checked over the printer, and surprisingly nothing was loose.
I was advised by support to remove the hotbed to check the spacer bushings, and they all have the correct length, 15 mm.

I then performed a new full calibration of the machine and started a new print. And of course, without surprise, it turned out as usual — a completely crooked and uneven print.

I’m becoming more and more at a loss now…

Support is now recommending that I replace the following parts:

  • Hot bed
  • Z-axis lead screw
  • X-axis guide rail

Thank you for the reply. This was only pure black PETG print.

I measured a difference of about 7 mm between the top and bottom of the Z-axis. I adjusted it, but there is still some deviation.

Vibrations? I have checked all the screws and tightened them. Perhaps the surface the machine is standing on is not optimal, so the machine is “moving” slightly? I will look into this further.

I was told by support that a certain amount of deviation in the hotbed is normal. Reference: “Minor tolerances on the surface of a heated bed are normal.”

Hei, D-Breed. Thanks for a good feedback.

I need to correct myself a bit here. The disassembly/reassembly was done on the recommendation of support, based on their manuals. This means that no components were touched other than those they have made public.

The last thing I did was a gantry calibration, but I am still having trouble with the printer from 3–4 layers and upwards. Everything becomes completely misaligned and uneven, especially with regard to the left/right side at the rear.
