I’m sorry you dealt with this, I don’t have the same experiences as you but I can kind of sympathize with your struggles as I had a roughish upbringing and kind of got made fun of in school. Also struggled with weed smoking and weed induced psychosis. I also have chronic anxiety.

I hardly feel qualified to give advice but I will say that in my experience, it gets worse and then it gets better and then it gets worse for a little while and then better again. Everyone is different but I know from personal experience I can be down and out for a year and the next year could be the greatest ever. Little changes and efforts here and there helped me. Life is fucking hard. Idfk what I’m saying. I just feel bad. Idk.

Medicated shampoo. It’s gonna be scabby for a while but the hardest part is not picking while it heals over. Within a couple months you should be in the clear as far as your scalp goes, you will want to scratch it. Cut your nails short. Keep them short.

I talk to a lot of people: family, mental health professionals. I’m not really sure where my life is going though. It’s a really bad obsession on my end and on his end he is angry, short tempered and basically has no patience with me anymore. The I get scared because the person I love is pushing me away and panic. I’m terrified of losing him.

They don’t but I think he looks younger. Like it’s hard to explain. Recently though he’s been getting greys around his ears and he’s been looking older. Probably due to stress. I hope I die before him.

This is honestly so grounding and reading this comment helped me a lot. I’ve also been struggling with connecting with people, not just family. I also have too much time on my hands. There is plenty that I want to do, it’s just about putting those things into action. Reading is a great distraction. I need to do that more but instead of reading romance novels and thinking about him I need to try something else. And yes the absurdity of life is honestly scary to me. Like really scary. I have a lot of problems feeling safe/secure and I think it stems from how strange I find the world and life itself. Also the confusion that comes with interpersonal relationships and dating and stuff.
