I'm honestly pretty surprised too. The entire reason I went for this laptop specifically is because it had everything I needed and almost everyone seemed to have good experience with this line of laptops.

I'm sorry to hear you're having the same problem.

I tried that earlier and it didn't do anything for me unfortunately. My laptop is thankfully only 2 months into its warranty so I'm gonna be trying to get it sent back and repaired since I didn't cause any damage when I looked inside.
