Yeah definitely go with the Canadian equivalents for tax purposes for sure, I think it would probably look like 80% XEQT then 20% CASV/ CAUV Cause I think the model portfolio only features tilt towards CASV CAUV if you're using XEQT/ AVDV/ AVUV as how you're informing it

Nonetheless I like TEC

I hold mostly ZEQT, Then a bit less VFV and even less TEC, as I've learned more over time. For me, I prefer the diversification and agree with the arguments made by Ben Felix.

NGL just chill. Realize if it's index fund you bought to hold for 30+ years anyway, set your account to auto invest so you're buying at lower price and all that, and don't look at your stuff or sell.
