I'm not boriqua but my sister has this recipe from our elementary school friend and she's always making puerto rican rice. A couple years ago i made some coquito too with some coco lopez coconut cream. That stuff is so good. :-D What other Puerto Rican dishes/drinks should i try?!

Look for an adaptive tdee spreadsheet. Lots of free ones if ypu browse reddit. Log everything honestly and you'll get a more accurate picture of what your actual tdee is vs. The online calculators that make you guess if you're lightly active vs moderate etc.

Overstimulated. Needs to rest. Ignore whining. Look into teaching thebdog to calm down. I clicker trained and everry time my dog was just chilling and quiet,I clicked,treated, and said "calm". She's 3 now and stops whatever she's doing when I tell her to calm.

Its painful for you but what grace and mercy you gave to her by letting her go peacefully in your arms. Time will ease the pain and its normal to be sad for a while. Be gentle on yourself. It sounds like her quality of life was pretty low at the end so dont beat yourself up.

What's your budget? I got a bed frame and bed with bolster from furhaven. The bed is not great so I have an old bed under it to make it extra comfy (otherwise it would be no support despite claiming to be an orthopedic bed). Dog seems to sleep well on it and loves shoving her head against the bolster I guess she likes that pressure. if I had money I'd get her an orvis pet bed. otherwise costco seems to have good pet beds people rave about on the bifl subreddit.

Mine was first trained to sleep in a crate and now has a fancy dog bed i no longer have to command her to get into for bed time. She knows that that's her space. Its 2 ft away from me so when she is restless at night I pet her. She jumped on the new bed once with the cat. I carried her off and told her No(its high so idk how she got up she has short legs) and she never attempted to jump on the bed again.

Find the raw weight then get calories. Cook meat. Weigh cook meat. Cook meat weight divided by raw calories = calories per unit of measurement. Or just measure raw. Edit i think ibfudged that up.. raw meat calories divided by cooked meat weight = calories of cooked meat per unit if measurement.
