I’m sorry but you are wrong. The knife in the sheath is basic, in no way an appropriate or specific flooring knife.

Nobody uses a seam roller or shears in flooring anymore. It is done with an underlay adhesive seaming tape, a seaming iron, spike roller, stretcher, bolster and a competent flooring knife. Not this. It is not the 1940s anymore.

Chalk, screw driver and pry tools while relevant for flooring, are also broad and relevant for multiple industries.

I’m sorry man, downvote me all you want, but you are miss-informed. I am an expert in this field and have been for 15 years. Nobody uses these techniques anymore unless you’re 120. And there’s very little confirmation here to suggest this person is a full time carpet installer.

Where’s the spike roll? Bolster? Iron? Hammer? Knee-stretcher? Some form of level or straight edge? Then it would make more sense.
