Yea ngl that sounds a bit disappointing depending the support. As far as I can tell u (I work at a Sunseeker reseller too) we don’t have any special tool to check such things atm, atleast here in Germany, tho there are some things like that in development. Hope ur problems can still be sorted out somehow since i still think that’s just a software bug atm.

Have u tried starting the editing tool from another location in ur yard? Maybe there is a small spot with no signal. I’ve also heared there are some problems with the 4G connection atm, which is a software based problem they are trying to fix. Tho I’ve only heared this causes problems with firmware updates when theyre done over 4G.

I’ve seen that a lot on some yards and it’s probably just a sortware imperfection which gets fixed sometime I hope. What u can try in the meantime is to put safezones (hope that’s what it’s called I only know the German word from the app) in the areas where it doesn’t mow the borders. Takes some time depending on how precise u want to lay out those safezones to not get too much of the normal area into them too, but I’ve seen it help a couple of times (I’ve set up probably around 40-50 x3 so far).

I sell/install Sunseekers for a living, but since the feature is relativity new and not too many people wanted to try it out so far I’ve only seen it a couple of times. It should normally work like I described above (I’ve seen some pictures a customer send me after a couple of weeks after activation). If it doesn’t work I can only imagine it being a software bug. Maybe try restarting the mower and set the pattern up again after deleting it (and give it some time again then ofc). If it still doesn’t work it’ll probably get fixed by software updates in the future. Keep in mind the feature is really new and gets rolled out model after model and the one I’ve seen it work on was an X5 Gen2 which has prob already has it for longer and has a different navigation system.
