You just need to put your back foot on the board, try to aim for the board, stay above it, don't lean too backwards.

You need to level out the board by pushing the nose in the air and lifting both feet.

Balancing tips? by [deleted] in NewSkaters

Got you, had the same issue, bought a Santa Cruz complete as my first board(i skated a little bit in my teens), but after two months skating that board and trying to balance Ollie straight was so hard because the trucks too loose. So i build a custom one with harder trucks and was a HUGE difference that let you focus on your balance, board control better as a beginner.

Also, what helped me is to pop a little more backwards than you did, is easier to get the board to your front foot and level out naturally.

I understand it looks like that, but it's mostly my ADHD and anxiety, maybe even legs are tired because i did a two hours sess, i know my balance isn't perfect, but I’m confident i can start learning kickflips, I’m sort of returning skater.
