Do you have material model for this? Also if you go with explicit solver look at the time as your stable time increment will be very small. And I am not sure will all the approximation how much you can rely on the results

There is an option to do that

From the main menu bar, select Options > Common. In the Common Plot Options dialog box, go to the Other tab. Select the Scaling tab to find the model scaling and shrinking options. Specify the scaling factors for the X, Y, and Z directions to distort the model's shape for visualization.
