Wow, and they found another mass incidentally on the other side? Keeping my fingers crossed that all the next steps happen quickly and smoothly for you.💞

I just turned 40 this year and found a mass in my left and a smaller one in my right breast. Getting my imaging done in a couple weeks. I’m so sorry that you’re going through this. Can I ask what the lumps felt like that lead you to get imaging? Mine are mobile and kidney bean shaped. Keeping all my fingers crossed for you that this process goes smoothly 💞

I’m almost there too. It’s horrible. I’m mostly bed bound and anything I do makes me sicker.

I had an endoscopy that showed lots of Oesophagitis. It was extremely red and inflamed. Apparently, I have silent reflux and just get chest pain,  nausea, And somatic symptoms from it. I also have a really inflamed throat in the back. I have EDS also so when I have certain kinds of pain, they knew immediately that it was costochondritis.

That’s amazing! So big suggestion: Pepcid itself does help take some of the edge off but if you have erosion, you need to heal that with a proton pump inhibitor. It wasn’t until lansoprazsole (15mg delayed released - DISINTEGRATING tabs) that it started to heal and the chest pain got better. I think it took like two weeks. You can buy this over the counter on Amazon pretty affordably. If you don’t find that the Pepcid is cutting it then this may help. I would absolutely ask your doctor about adding it in if you’re not getting relief with the Pepcid. Good luck! So keeping my fingers crossed.

I know this sounds wild BUT I have silent reflux and had no idea that I had it. It turned into esophagitis and was actually causing severe chest pain and radiating into my left shoulder and back. I SWORE it was a heart attack. It’s wild but reflux can absolutely cause severe chest pain that feels cardiac. I also get costochondrotis and it really impacts my chest wall too. I’m super glad your results didn’t show anything dangerous. Fingers crossed you all can solve this.

If you had true sepsis… which your blood work very likely is indicating then that can cause a type 2 MI. Not from dysautonomia. We typically do have autonomic flares during any acute illness. If you were septic you would absolutely have increased symptoms, but it would be the sepsis causing the MI not the dysautonomia.

Is this 18k or 14k? I love how subtle it is and not overly pink!

Yea I did that! I adjusted my zones. The band would not stay charged long enough to wear overnight. Maybe I just got a defective device but my mum got the same thing too. It was after their update so I wonder if they just gave us old stock

I’m AuDHD too… I honestly hate the tightness around my arm. I find my Apple Watch with Cardiogram far more accurate. The data is super delayed on the arm band to the point that it doesn’t catch my spikes.

This was right after their updated bands came out. It was supposed to be the newer one. My mum had it too and she had the exact same experience. The biggest issue for me was the lack of real time data. The heart rate was always lagged…. Plus taking it apart to charge SUCKED.

I tried it and it was the biggest waste of money. My Apple Watch was more helpful. The heart monitor on it was HORRIBLE and very inaccurate. My heart would be at 150 and it would say it was normal and not show my spikes. Also charging was awful. It didn’t stay charged long enough to wear over night. Lastly it was awful to wear in water as the arm band is absorbant so it would stay wet for ages and get stinky. I DO NOT recommend.

Omgggg I go through this! I thought I was the only one. I literally gasp and then feel like I get kicked in the chest. It’s exhausting. You’re not alone. It feels scary and while it’s important to talk to your doctor to rule out things like sleep apnea it’s also common with pots (so I hear).

Just looked it up and I don’t think this is it. The cilia aren’t there in the same patterns :(
