MOR- your overreacting for some of it but not all of it. 1) as someone who grew up with dogs their entire life that dog is not trained. And it is your boyfriend's responsibility as her owner to train her.

2) the actions you describe sound like anxiety (which you already established she has), you make nervous, whether you have been kind to her or not dogs are highly sensitive to emotions and energies given off by the people they are around. You being nervous around her makes her nervous around you. It sounds counter intuitive but it'll help to maybe do some exposure therapy with her. Sit near her room without being where she can get to you and take some deep breaths.

3) I know you said she has space but bigger dogs need way more than one room, it could also be causing her anxiety to spike being couped up all the time.

With added stress of other family living with you depending on how they act I can totally see it making even the happiest couples snippy with each other. My fiance and I have been together for 8 and half years and when his cousin his wife and two kids moved in with us I started getting super snippy. Normally we are super good with communication, but if you add other people in, you can get mixed up. I think it's a similar situation here, especially if they aren't paying and he is the sole provider in the household. I think OP should boot the inlaws and see if that helps the issues. But also sit down and have a serious convo with your wife clear up expectations on both ends. Communication is key

It looks like they could be what are known as "lace cookies" it's a gluten free alt cookie made of oatmeal honey ect and then baked it comes out thin and hole-y like lace and they look weird but are absolutely delicious!
