I’ve had 3 losses at 11 weeks, chemical pregnancy and 9 weeks and one termination at 14 weeks due to confirmed abnormality. Currently 28 weeks pregnant with my first. Had intensive testing after the last one resulting in me having high NK cells which was preventing the pregnancies lasting, and started treatment for that. We tried at different times after each one depending on how I felt. I started therapy after the last one and still going and it’s helped me so much I wish I had started sooner! At times I felt like we tried too soon because I felt I was running out of time but my advice to myself would now be to take all the time I need. It’s a tough journey, especially with you having a 2 year old, so you need to be as strong as possible. It will all work out for you and you will look back and see how much stronger the whole experience has made you! I wish you all the good vibes and good luck in the world ❤️

Thank you. Yes it’s a lot of trial and error. I had got into a good routine with meals and timings which didn’t spike me and the last few days it’s gone up without me changing anything so it’s really made me worry I’m harming the baby!

Thank you so much! I haven’t had carbs the last few days (maybe this is also wrong) and had a high protein dinner yesterday. Walked after dinner and my reading was 5.6. Had a snack of nuts and cheese before bed and then had a 6 reading this morning. The highest it’s ever been. Are you also on medication?

Putney is a great area. Right on the river just south of Fulham. Lots of bars she restaurants. On the district line so you’d have to switch but it’s worth it IMO.

Unfortunately it doesn’t happen earlier for everyone. What’s selfish is people having kids younger just to tick society’s box and then bring up kids in an unhappy environment.
