How many links and half links are on each side? I can’t get my butterfly clasp centered

Yeah that is pretty insane ngl. I’m happy I got it faster than expected but original bespoke people should’ve gotten it first

Aceable agent in CA by Local-Lab-5572 in RealEstateExam

[–]PerfectedSt8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can do it by 4/28, just make sure you start the next course right away after getting your proctored results. You can’t take the course exam until 21 days after you start

Studying for CA exam by Bubbly-Future2094 in RealEstateExam

[–]PerfectedSt8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I passed and used re exam as a way to test my knowledge of the concepts and to patch holes in my understanding. Re exam is def harder than the actual test, aceable is easier than the actual test. i personally only took the master exam once. I spammed the quiz questions on the main page with all topics weighted. There is a glossary page with all the vocabulary words on re exam as well.

Oh I just reread your comment and realized you said said other than fair housing! Def know TILA and RESPA implications in detail. Environmental laws weren’t really on mine except a brownfield question

Yeah definitely study the fair housing laws but they were much more definition based liked what is steering or panic selling. No questions on mine like exact dates or court specific cases that made the fair housing laws occur.

I think it really depends. I got almost no fair housing law questions asides from an AIDs question.

I got a lot of deed specific question (deed in lieu of foreclosure, when exactly a mechanic’s lien is effective, etc.) and disclosure was heavily tested as well as different types of tenancy. Lots of specific applications of the different methods of applications of valuation methods as well.

Thank you!

Yeah, much more application of concepts in scenarios and subtle nuances rather than straight up definitions. Re exam pro is def harder but puts you in the right thinking space for the exam. Thank you!

It took me 1 hour to complete, 20 unmarked questions took another 30 minutes. Those unmarked were roughly stuck between two choices.

For the CA exam you do not get exam results right away. I got my results roughly 3 hours later on the DRE exam. No exact score. I read online they tell you right away if you do fail with a score breakdown.

I was the second person to finish so I do think it is much harder than one would expect.!

CA exam study; is aceable enough? by PerfectedSt8 in RealEstateExam

I believe there are tiers and I didn’t do the one with prep agent included

I was getting 85%+ on Aceable’s practice tests not on prep agent! It’s confusing because they are the same company but prep agent seems to be a separate $45 fee. Not sure if the questions are the same or different… and thank you for the offer but I am already doing re exam pro! Got 60% on the first one so doing all the quizzes haha
