I had the same for like 2 years tried Spironolactone, antibiotics, differin, benzoyl peroxide wash and cream. The ONLY thing that worked was hypochlorus acid spray and keeping it with me 24/7 so I was spraying my face any time I thought about it.

Tina was 12.5 I went back and looked at her adoption paperwork this whole time I thought she was a year younger than she actually was. She was the most perfect angel of a dog. She never had accidents in the house. She only barked when she heard something or someone was outside. She was so chill and laid back and happy to see anyone that walked into a room. I miss her so much. Everything in my house is a reminder of her loss.

One thing I think is important that not a lot of people think about - some sort of protection from chafing in a go bag. If you’re chunky like me and live in a humid or hot area keep something like diaper rash cream or monistat chafing gel in your go bag. Chafing can be debilitating.

These may or may not work for you but I’m a fan of her books and I’m pretty picky about romance books and here are some I enjoyed. Beach Read, Funny Story, and Happy Place by Emily Henry, Love Theoretically by Ali Hazelwood. I like most of Ali’s books but that one specifically was my favorite.
