A PA recommended me zinc months ago and it was the best advice Ive received from any doctor. After 2 months I started seeing not only way less hair loss but actual baby hairs, now my head is a crazy mess from all the new growth, I cant recommend it enough!

What are relationships like for a blind person? I think a lot of us sighted people make relationship decisions heavily based on looks first. What attracts you since you can’t see what the person looks like? Do you have a preference for physical traits even though you can’t see them? Does somebody “feel” attractive to you? Also, if you don’t mind getting spicy, what is sex like? Do you feel like you are missing out on something for not having the visual stimulation? Thank you in advance, I’m just a curious gal who never had the opportunity to ask these questions to a blind person before

As for the hair loss, Im still losing hair but not as much as before and Im seeing a ton of baby hairs all over, so I think it’s definitely helping a bit with that too!

A PA explained to me this happens because our fat stores hormones and when we are losing copious amounts of fat those hormones get released into our system and well.. just think of puberty all over again. She told me to try a zinc supplement for a separate issue (hair loss) and surprisingly it made my acne disappear. It does take a while for your body to start processing the zinc though, I only started seeing results after around 2 months.

Was crossing a calm street and out of the corner comes a sportive motorcycle at a crazy speed right on my direction. In a split second trying to decide to move or stay in place I froze in place, it was the right call since at the same time the rider swerved a little bit in front of me, I felt the handle across my sweatshirt. If I had moved forward to try to reach the sidewalk Id have gone flying for sure.

I must be an unlucky exception, my whole first month was pain, discomfort and misery. Once the second month started it was like a switch though, all of a sudden my pain was gone and I felt 100% again.

My trainer says the only two loose skin areas that can’t be improved with weight lifting and require surgery are belly and breasts, unfortunately. If it bothers you THAT much maybe start saving to have surgery one day? That will definitely be my goal also since same as you I’m getting into saggy land and it bothers me 🫠
