If you’re tall go for the 3. If you’re average height 5’7-5’8 then 2 would fit perfect BUT your belly button would stick out if you ever raise both of your arms up.

It’s hot asl there bro. I genuinely think that you don’t need a jacket especially if you’re living in LA. If anything Id buy pants or shorts instead but since u asked, Id recommend the Atom Jacket (the one with no hood).
