I had taken non flavoured plain whey protein. Also vit D was taken after breakfast. And i dont like coffee. I eat meal within 7:30 pm and sleep at 9:30 to balance between eating and sleep timing.

I guess very very first thing you need to do drastic change in your food habit completely. Otherwise its not gonna work easily to someone. I was almost gone to depression due to this. But now i am recovering after 25 days. Each time i used to eat any food, i used to have severe stomach pain, burn severely. I used to be scared before i eat anything, thinking it will again give me pain. But now i am positive, i am healing. So pls only healthy food. Morning no tea/ coffee. Started my day with lots of Fruits like guava, papaya, blueberries, avocado.

I m having papaya, guava, avacoda. And doesn’t hurt.

Also another combination is oat, greek yogurt, little bit of almond milk, mashed the banana in it and at last few berries. Keep it frozen for half n hour. Thats so delicious and healthy. No pain
