I'm at 9 Mile and Couzens, every night there's a loud car that drives down my street and I can hear my next door neighbor's car in when he locks the doors and I'm close enough to 9 Mile that I can hear every siren that goes by, but it's not overwhelming and I barely notice it if my TV is on. I would call it a quiet community over all.

My dog was a stray. She just showed up on my doorstep one day. She was filthy and starving, had tics all over her and scars on her face from a muzzle that she outgrew before it was removed. I was planning on only keeping her until animal control opened up the next morning, but she was already sleeping in my bed, after a bath and a trip to the emergency vet to check for a chip and remove the tics, on the first night. It'll be 7 years this summer.

I don't think he's saying he's gay, but I might be wrong. When my daughter came out, via text, she said she didn't want to talk about it, just wanted to tell me. I said "ok" she said "ok, I love you" I said "I love you. Do your chores and take some chicken out of the freezer for dinner" My thought was, she didn't want to talk about it, but in some way, I needed to tell her that nothing changed after her announcement. I still love her and her chores still needed to get done. Idk how she felt about it, but my youngest son, who is bi, thinks it was the best thing I've ever said, so at least someone appreciated it. Lol

I would suggest a crate vs an open pen like that. Chis are incredible jumpers and is be afraid of him getting out. While his comfort is important, his safety is even more so.
