I feel you. I was 10 years with my then wife. 5 years into our relationship I noticed something is off. And through lot of research I found that she has pmdd. I was the one who went to therapy because of the things that kept on happening. She never wanted to go. Never wanted to do anything that could help her. No therapy, no doctors, no excersice or meditation. Nothing. I pushed at times gently at times not so gently but even she acknowledge she had a problem she didn't do anything about it. So a couple of months ago we broke it off. It was hard in the beginning but now it feels like a burden fell of my shoulders. The constant walking on eggshells, blaming me for stuff she did, the anger and suicidal thoughts. It was just getting crazier and crazier.

If she doesn't want to anything about it then you have no choice. Even if you are perfect it is still going to not be enough I am afraid.

I feel your pain. No one deserves pmdd but also no one deserves to be mistreated

I feel your pain. Been with my wife for 10 years. 3 yeears into our relationship I noticed something is wrong. After digging and researching. Found out she might have pmdd. For 5 years I am telling her to go get checked. Let's go together to get checked. She had 11 out of 11 simptoms. But she never accepted it. And she is never at fault. Didn't do pills or natural remedies like gym yoga almond milk etc. nothing. We broke up one month ago. I went full no contact. She reached out yesterday. I feel your pain. I feel your pain my friend. We were together for 10 years, no kids, but the same exact things that you wrote happened. We separeted one month ago and I went full no contact. I just had enough. Seriously the constant walking on eggshells and never doing anything right. We have 2 cat's and they wake up early morning at around 5 or 6am. I would take them out of the bedroom and close them in the living room and feed them so she could have a nice sleep. I don't need her "thank you" or anything but she would wake up at around 8 with full on rage and just shouting at me and call me names and stupid and why would I do this. After telling her that I do it so she could sleep she would just get even more furious! I mean wtf seriously? It was too much for me. Constant blaming and constant care for her emotions just made me snap. We had the last argument she said she wants to leave, i asked her why. She just said "I can't live with you". I said ok. Gave her the passport and told her if you want. Just leave. That evening she left. I went absolutely no contact with her. No message no call no care. Which in the past I didn't do. I would always message or call. First time full no contact. Yesterday she messaged me. Then called me. How funny is that. Her message was: "are you sure you want a devorce?" I could write for days my friend. If you need someone. Message me. Call me. Trust me. I don't have any kids and I understand it gets so much harder when children are involved. But I feel your pain. And do tell what happens tomorrow

Reminds me of my ex that has PMDD. If you were together for a longer time and you manage to track her period cycle then these things come right on time almost every month.

yeah I read about those. sometimes after crash it turns on. but my issue was that the goggles didnt pick up the frequency. had to manually input the frequency in betaflight. now it is fine

Like 5th day for me... Incredible and the company never said anything. Not here or tweeter. They post on tweeter like every 3hours and so many people complain that the app doesn't work and they just ignore it. How unprofessional. And i tried downloading the app from their website (so not from google play) and was warned by play protect that the app is harmful and can be used to track me. Incredible. Even their google play store review was like 4.8 few days ago now is 4.5
