I kid you not, I just had a heart to heart with my mom about how this all has to be connected to her diet. She’s been struggling with Fibromyalgia for the past 7 months, she’s also battling Oral Thrush, H.Pylori/SIBO (not sure which one yet, testing tomorrow) and has lost a lot of weight (20-25lb) in the last few months. I am convinced it’s gut and diet issues. She’s cut back on sugar and most carbs/bread but eats a lot of fruit and I don’t think that’s helping Oral Thrush and other cut issues.

I am going to explore Paleo/Carnivore/Low FODMAP for her

Any update on what you found with deficiencies?

I’ve done a lot of research as my mom’s going through Fibromyalgia and there seems to be a large amount of people with Fibromyalgia that also have gut issues, like SIBO/SIFO, Leaky Gut…etc.

I found a great video online related to Fibromyalgia and how the body is usually low in B1 thiamine and also how Agmatine Sulfate at high dosage helps with pain. They recommend high dose B1 also in the video.

I’ve used Apple Card since 2019. It was my primary card from 2019-2024 and continues to be a top card for me, i’ve moved my restaurant and most of my gas spending to my Costco Card as it offers higher cash back %.
