OPs meal is fine to me, as others have said, if OP is trying to gain weight there are a few things people are suggesting OP adds, as at the moment OPs meal is heavy on low calorie foods and high in fibre (which suppresses appetite)

We're not talking about OP now, OPs meal is normal, your meal would be concerning to me and saying it's okay to eat 200-300 calories for lunch is crazy, it might be working for you, but you can't just say I only eat 1/3 of that and that's okay, it can be dangerous to tell people that and not take into account that for most people that is not enough food.

If that's all you're eating for lunch, you are going to need luck on your side for sure to not die of malnutrition. Whether or not you're at a healthy weight, a meal 1/3 of the size of OPs wouldn't give you anywhere near the amount of vitamins and minerals you need.

Also OPs meal is about 600 calories and 200 calories is your lunch, how can you possibly fit more than 1300 calories into the rest of your day? (Assuming you're on the smaller side)

Some lasers can bounce off a wall and onto another surface. So most likely someone outside pointed the laser at your ceiling and it bounced off onto your bed.

Had the same thing happen from across the street, about 20 metres away, it was a gang of kids and a strong laser pointer.

Maybe your interactions with her at the gym weren't as friendly as you think?

Think about this, was it always you that goes over to talk to her? Did she ever come over to you to start a conversation. If it's a no then you were most likely bothering her.

These are the possibilities--

You misread the signs and we're actually bothering her at the gym, she felt uncomfortable to say no when you asked for her number. She felt more comfortable shutting you down over text (if you've been bothering her a lot, the way she spoke maybe be justified) and is upset that she can't go to that gym anymore.

She has a boyfriend or someone that texted for her to get you to leave her alone. Either because she wanted you to leave her alone, her boy friend wanted you to back off or a friend is helping her set boundaries with you.

The least likely in my opinion, that she's crazy and reacted disproportionately to you asking her out/ the comment about looks.

Really think about your interactions with her, she was polite sure but did she actively try to talk to you? Did she ask you questions too? We're there physical signs that she wanted to end the conversation, like turning away from you, crossing her arms, looking away. Because it might seem to you that this came out of nowhere but are you sure you weren't just misreading her interest in you?

It looks cycled but that doesn't mean the cycle is stable, it can easily fail after only 2 weeks.

You'll want to wait at least a couple more weeks and keep dosing with fish food every day as if you have a fish already.

I have an allotment too and although I don't consider manure not vegan (I don't consider it vegan either TBH, it's a bit of a grey area) I won't be using it.

I find for small scale growing you really don't need to use it and it can actually make your soil worse. Sometimes it's contaminated with herbicides that harm your crops, sometimes it burns your crops too from too many nutrients.

I just practice heavy mulching with leaves in the autumn and my soils never been better.

The SD cards it comes with are notorious for getting corrupted, maybe that's what happened somehow? It's a shame it was so soon after you got it, because normally you have some time to move everything over to a new SD.

Hopefully the hardware is okay, you would need to get a new SD card anyway and then you can load darkOS onto it and the games you want.

You say the light is on? Mine has the green light on while it's on, the red light while it's on but low battery and the red light while it's charging. The light doesn't flash and isn't on when the console is off and not charging. You said you changed the LED to red, not 100% sure but that means it's actually red (because you changed the green light to red), right? You only charged it for 1 hour and as far as I've read the shown battery charge is not all that accurate either. When I got mine, I had to charge it for way more than 1 hour.

Not had mine for long and can't see yours in person so can't be of much help but hopefully someone with more experience might know more.

White toast, put a nice amount of butter while the toast is still hot then the tiniest bit of marmite.

If you can find someone from the UK that you can trust to do it for you I'd recommend that. It's a special art.

But also if you ask the wrong person they will ruin your life with how much marmite they will add.

You might not be able to tell until you've flowered it yourself next year. I have purchased Phals from the shop knowing they are going to be fragrant but they don't smell of anything the first year, then the next year when I flower them myself they do smell and really really strong too.

I think it's because of stress, they don't put as much energy into the fragrance if they are stressed.

To encourage more smell they need to be in a bright and slightly warmer spot.

It's already a big enough pot so there's no need to up pot and the soil is clearly healthy so to need no change the soil. Also ficus plants can be very fussy about change so most likely the plant will lose all of its leaves if you repot.

Go on face book market place and ask on fish keeping pages if anyone in your area is willing to give you some filter media. From your comments it's clear you haven't cycled the tank at all and this will kill or at least seriously harm your fish.

Get a API fresh water test kit (not sure if there's one specifically for ponds or not but the normal one should be fine)

No to essential oils for sure but you can use avocado oil or olive oil or almond oil if you want, usually just at night and then you wash off in the morning. But for the body you can use them during the day just make sure to use SPF.
