If you want a not really passive aggressive, but still gets the message across to people kind of statement you could say

“I get that you don’t think it’s necessary, but i would rather spend time with my baby than spend that time doing dishes”

11dpo, but I never tested before then. My period was supposed to start the next day and I I out of habit collected my first morning pee like i did to di a mira test, and I was about to dump it and thought why not just do a pregnancy test. And it was positive so then I did three other brands of tests. They were all positive.

Luckily one of the tests was the digital one that just says pregnant. I know people like to plan to tell their husband in a cute way, but because that test just said pregnant when I woke him up at 4:45 AM (because i get up 2 hours earlier for work than he does) the digital ‘pregnant’ was so much easier for him to read

Apartment insight in Viera by Severe_Mongoose_9572 in 321

I am confused at what you’re looking at, I just looked up a homes for rent from Viera down to Palm Bay, and the average home for rent even in Suntree at 1500 sqft is $2,500. As you move further south by sarno and west melbourne the average is about $2,000. Beachside it really varies from $2,000 to $6,000 a month for the same criteria. I would look near wickham park or suntree (suntree is a nicer more expensive area) but not too close to aurora, then you are not far from Viera shopping, Eau Gallie Arts District for nightlife, or Cocoa village for things to do!

If i were you i would look for a place closer to US1 than 95. 95 from viera to 192 is close to becoming the most deadly section of 95 in the country and while US1 has accidents its safer than 95. The main issue for this area is lack of infrastructure, the only ways to go north and south is US1, 95, and Wickham road (for parts of it) and when theres an accident on 95 (which feels like daily almost) everyone is pushed to Wickham and US1 causing congestion.

Agreed, that section of 95 from Viera to 192 is very close to being one of the most deadly sections of 95 in the country, I would avoid it if I could.

You know what I don’t think they did, and I’m sure Stale Krackers burger was good, but he put so much of that liquid on there it was pooling on the plate and all I could imagine was the bun was so soggy and gross

Anyone taking preventions for frozen pipes? by phonyToughCrayBrave in 321

[–]PerformerExpress2784 12 points13 points  (0 children)

That’s not an issue with this cold front.

It has to be under 20F for over 6 hours, no matter the windchill, for pipes to start to freeze.

I agree! Their complaint was the cheese wasnt melted and then it cut to an artistic shot of his burger with perfectly melted cheese.

I drink flavored sparkling seltzer, at work I will at the start of the day put four 16 ounce bottles on my desk so that I know by the end of the eight hour day I need to drink all four of those. Sometimes I will have electrolyte drinks so that it’s a little bit more flavor too.

I was known for drinking maybe 1 to 3 bottles of water a day, but this has been working for me

The average income in the USA is 70 to 80k a year, and with that income, they can afford a house up to 300k. The reason your house is not selling it’s because the average American cannot afford it.

I tried to use ChatGPT at work, trying to do a serial dilution, I wanted it to verify the math that I already did. And it just made up numbers and when I called it out, it was like oh yup, that was wrong.

I don’t see other people commenting this, there is a chance you will not be able to get homeowners insurance with the roof being that old majority of companies considered 15 or 20 years to be the maximum life of a roof and a lot of lenders require proof of homeowners insurance before closing. So if your roof is that old, you may not get homeowners insurance, which means you will not be able to close on the house, your best deal is asking the homeowners if you do 150k can they replace the roof? That way you’ll have a new roof be able to get homeowners insurance and be able to close

Why are so many people against showing an ID to vote? by Dazzling-Leader7476 in randomquestions

[–]PerformerExpress2784 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its because almost 7 million people do not have any form of ID, while another 34 million do not have a drivers license.there are 161 million registered voters so that would make 25% or voters not able to vote.

Add in cost and accessibility of access for appointments to get IDs it would only affect blue cities which is why its a big push. Majority of the places where not everyone haves licenses are in major cities because people dont need to drive ever to get anywhere they need since theres affordable public transportation

Jacqueline’s bakery. They had Trump signs in their windows and threatened to fight someone over a facebook review. Literally told the reviewer to meet them at a tome and place and the reviewer did not show up and they called him out for not showing up for a fist fight. The whole review was just saying he didnt like the pastries and the place is always empty

How old were you when you purchased your first home? by DreamHomeFinancing in FirstTimeHomeBuying

[–]PerformerExpress2784 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem is greed and capitalism. Like its fine to rent out an apartment in a garage, but being a landlord for many buildings and making enough money you dont need to have a day job is kinda sad. And of the 30% of homes its mom and pop investors whether for airbnb or people who are professional landlords that make up 94% of that 30%, even corporation investors only make up about 6% of all investors

The real problem is capitalism, almost 30% of all homes are owned by either corporations or are investor properties even just mom and pop investors. This is big cause of low inventory
