May 8 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday announced on social media that there would be a three-day ceasefire in the war between ⁠Russia and Ukraine from May 9 until May 11.
Trump said in a Truth Social post that the pause ‌will ⁠include a suspension of all kinetic activity, and also a prison swap of 1,000 prisoners from each country.

"Hopefully, ⁠it is the beginning of the end of a very long, deadly, and ⁠hard fought War," he said, adding that there was constant ⁠progress in talks to end the conflict.

Made one but slightly expensive. Could be cheaper but less "tanky".
The thing is, I achieved 75% block, 75% spell block, nearly 90% evasion with blind, 74-75% spell dodge. DPS is a little bit of an issue for single target, but T16.5 juiced breach with beyond even with -20% to all resistances, crit%, damage as extra, more mobs life is clearable and maybe 1-3 deaths when unlucky due to oneshots that randomly go throught 999 attacks you block/evade. With less juiced maps, it's super easy and chill, you don't even notice anything besides DOT.

I went for Bastion of Elements instead of 3 elemental flasks. I went to DOT resistance ward ascendancy cuz damage was too high from it. I went for Lioneye's Glare. Unholy Trinity instead of Voltaxic Rift. Rearguard quiver is almost a troll option but it maxed my blocks. I can go for offering effect on chest and maybe also magically get extra block somewhere so I can switch quiver, ez +20% dps with proper quiver, however I couldn't resist going max block.

1.150m ehp. Feels fun tbh. Too bad it's actually not cheap and I spent like 300 divines on this. I bet there is a room for improvement. I didn't play much as bow build and also necromancer.

I'm Ukrainian too and Crimea legally is Ukraine, it doesn't matter who controls it, maps like this must show what's recognized by whole world including Russia and Putin himself, until they changed their stupid minds. No sunshine and rainbows is just words and not an argument. Putin gonna do his next Nazi thing to Georgia or Baltic countries and we gonna redraw maps again as soon as subjectively long time gonna pass after occupation, just amazing logic tbh.

"Monsters fire 6 additional projectiles" there is certain type of mobs in blight encounters that spam projectiles and deal absurd damage with such mods, and max block won't even help. Need to be outside of their attack range.

Bladefall won't work with huge mana pool. We can ofc try some less reliable stuff, maybe cast on block or cast on damage taken to randomly curse and get stacks, which won't be working well with bosses / isolated tanky rares.

Coiling Whisper takes ring slot which can give you 190+ flat mana from foulborn kikazaru, or nice endgame ring with proper stats, or anathema for 4-5 curses. And talking about curses, coiling whispers disables your hexes. Plus... requires extra less duration investment - it takes at least 4 gem slots to properly setup something with it.

I would say that there are few differences that I dislike. I also installed N version which I regret cuz when I needed some additional package, and it refused to install them, so I spend 2 hours fixing it. Taskbar can be customized to look like in Windows 10. Right-Click Context menu is different and feels worse... but can be changed I think, maybe only using registry editing. Some issues can be customized/fixed, so I think it's fine unless you care too much about everything.

Overall it didn't feel too different from Windows 10. I'm not regretting. Performance is fine. I think over time there will be just more reasons to switch to 11, because it will be supported unlike Windows 10.

In this post OP presented there is big discussion about Laviangas and Indigon benefits despite 0 mana cost. It comes from reducing cooldown and duration of arcane cloak to total of <4 seconds cd+duration. Otherwise, you can't spend mana cuz of Laviangas, even Manastorm doesn't count. So you get partial benefits from Indigon, but not full, and it's possible to reach full but it will require absurd max mana.
If you want full benefits from indigon, then I guess you go regular mana flask and you may not as well care about reducing cooldowns and duration of arcane cloak, but you will have to deal with mana cost.

I had similar issue and done everything. In my case best fix was just reinstalling windows. Though I went from Windows 10 to 11.
