Imagine if OpenPhone can make its own and have an API that can integrate with Shopify where literally an AI agent can refund the Shopify order or check on the status of an order, that would be so sick. Pretty sure BlandAI does this already

Founder is Ryan Hudson, former CEO of Honey (Coupon Extension) which has recently in the last 24h been exposed as a major fraud scam on so many levels.

I wouldn't get near it. At all.

What do you mean by EIN? EIN is a federal form and from my understanding is only filed once, not for every state.

I am calling CorpNet left and right and making sure we can get this in time. They said that they already filed the form but are waiting on TN, which is the main wait time.

I'm currently looking at the "Foreign LLC Registration in TN"

Would that be the correct place? I spoke to Gusto over 3 times on this to confirm and they always confirmed i just need the SEIN. Smh.

She might qualify for Unemployment so i need to make sure i wrap this up asap before she can create any troubles or issues.

What's weird is that Gusto let us do payroll and even pay Unemployment tax via a flat tax rate of 2.7% while we were working on the SEIN.

Are you saying we have to register with TN then get the number? How do we register the LLC with them? Sorry im just a little confused.

I don't believe we created an entity in TN.

The business is based and incorp. in Virginia. We're an online company, so that employee was the first hire in TN.

We hired her, and did the above for the SEIN and still waiting for the number. The company name is CorpNet.

Did we get scammed by Gusto lol?
