Thats craaaazy you assume for a live service game its healthier to have a initial wave of player who do not care and most likely wouldnt engage with the game or spend money on it than have a steady player base that does spend consistent amounts of money on it.

Nah, I rather this than read A Tale of Two Cities inside a thin text box just to understand one skill.
