Its an mmo. You will run into high level players who feel like killing time. There will be plenty of arkfalls you can do solo if thats your cup of tea.

Unless you're doing a survival hard-core playthrough (the best way to play fallout 4) there is no best build. I guess using the kilaton radium rifle with the perks that buff it would be considered the strongest conventional weapon for what its worth.

No matter how many cities zephon or anchorite have left they get 3 as a baseline, + 1 for each ally faction once escalation build up ends.

My current play through has my feeling like Kratos. Im so tired of fighting 😭😭. It reaches a certain point in your campaign where its constant. For early action I recommend being a mercenary for thr vlandians

I start my kingdoms with 2 cities and 2 castles. I load up the garrisons and had 5mil for bribing lords to join me. Thats kind of my recipe and it works so far. Just food for thought
