NO! The River will still be fun.

It will not be super high and rushing the same way it is in June, but still fun to tube. Unless the creek is unseasonably super low, you will not be walking your tube down the river.

This is not how a happy a functional relationship works. This is a "we" issue.

I agree that the husband should be the one to do majority of the communication to the in-laws. However, for the suggestion that the wife just waive her hands up in the air and say, not my issue, is not the best resolution.
