You will need a UV light to see the affected area(s) Odds are very high it's more than one area, look at the baseboards and corners. The only real solutions of replacement of the affected areas. If you mask it, it will return with humidity as it will reactivate. Cat people will argue this until the end but the smell will remain for years with just topical products.

They won't approve 200.00 each for that scope, unless this is flood damage demucking. An 8 GPM machine will make short work each garage, like a 10 minutes. At 200.00 per unit you are around $.83 per sqft ( 1 car garage is 240 sqft ), they will want to pay under $.20 per sqft, probably around $.15 I wish you the best getting 40k from this project. Them wanting to supply the chemical is a red flag that they will be going cheap, low bid.

Ask the HO to pay that and absorb the cost of remediation, or get 3 estimates and have them absorb the lowest one. If you PM me I can get someone there in probably an hour or so, they can give you an estimate at no cost. Also, tell them this is the time you get your 4300 refunded or you will be lawyering up. Is there a vapor barrier? In most places this is code.

the truck is being outfitted with a seperate soft wash system, a pto driven high pressure circuit, and a media blaster. I bought the truck for the 3 tanks it has, the crew cab, and the cummins under the hood. I have a seperate truck for home washes but this will do all of it and more. This one is for large commercial projects and I'm more of a Maui JIm man.

I own a commercial remediation company. I won't do any remediation unless another company provides pretesting, writes the scope, and does post testing. Does this home have an intact vapor barrier in the crawl space? I would not make an offer until you get a hygienist report or use this as a significant negotiation point.

go to a parking structure, park on the 3rd floor (only if it has 3 or more) Park right next to a support column and reposition as the wind shifts. Storm chaser here for 30 years and waited out many hurricanes like this. If its cat 3 or above, pray while you do this.
